- You can begin either in the 1 arm start position or from the launch position.
- Alternate grips with each repetition.
- The the body facing forwards but lean to the side during transitions.
- Place the hand you wish to switch to on top of the hand currently holding the handle.
- Make the hand change quick and punchy!
