HAND TO HAND GADA SWITCH

The Hand to Hand Gada Switch is a fun exercise that works your coordination, endurance and grip strength. Check it out!

  • You can begin either in the 1 arm start position or from the launch position.
  • Alternate grips with each repetition.
  • The the body facing forwards but lean to the side during transitions.
  • Place the hand you wish to switch to on top of the hand currently holding the handle. 
  • Make the hand change quick and punchy!
